Aging is a natural process, and while certain beauty products promising young looking skin can offset some of the signs of aging, when it comes down to it, if we don't know how to properly take care of our skin - that $100 bottle of anti aging face cream will only turn into a $500 bottle in a few years' time. 5) Remember to moisturize not only your face, but also your elbows, neck, and heels. Those are the most commonly forgotten areas that are visible as well.
6) Stop touching your face! Your hands are filled with bacteria from the public door knob you just touched, or the shopping cart that you pushed around during grocery shopping. Bringing those germs to your face is a big no no.
7) Always wash your face in the morning and at night. You might not notice, but your face collects a ton of dust, dead skin cells, and sometimes even dirt!
8) Work with clean tools - Your make up tools, that is. Keeping them clean and replaced means less dirty grime touching your skin.
9) Don't overdo it - especially with products that exfoliates. Overuse (i.e., everyday usage) can cause severe irritation to your skin everyday. Work out a comfortable routine for yourself.
10) Overdoing also counts for make-up products as well.
